I tried to register with the app, it told me the secondary stylist I use was not available until 2 p.m., and the primary stylist I have used for years was not listed. I decided to go the shop 10 minutes before 2 and register at the kiosk. When I arrived, the stylist I have used for years was actually there and listed on the kiosk so I register for her. I waited approximately 40 minutes as she finished with a customer, as I waited another customer came in and was asked if he registered on line. He said yes and a stylist said the system must have bumped him off. I waited a little longer and the board said I was up next for the stylist I had selected. She came to the waiting area saying she had to take the bumped fellow in front of me. I said I was there before him and her response was a mere sorry. I stated she was not listed on the app and her reply was that she was scheduled to be off the floor at 4. So how was I supposed to register for her on line. It didn’t make any difference. I told her I did not understand how their system works and to forget and that I was going to Great Clips. Received as good a hair cut there at a lower charge. Based on this experience I’m not going back to the Cape Sport Clips.

Check in online because no matter how late you are for your appointment time you will get to jump the wait line. If I ever go here again I'll check in when I wake up so I'll get to cut in front of people waiting for over an hour. Supercuts of cape much better at handling it.

Waiting 96 minutes online after check-in. Arrived to the shop and they said I had another hour wait. The lady at the front counter said that the computer is not always right sometimes it's a longer wait. So 96 minutes turned into two and a half hours. We did not wait!
